Zap Resource Forks.action is an Automator action removes the resource fork of the specified files. You can create and execute a workflow which contains removing resource fork operation if you install the action.
You can create a service to remove resource fork and execute it from Services menu or contextual menu on Snow Leopard. Refer to How to use workflow for services on Snow Leopard.
Please refer to Automator Actions how to install an action and so on.
